Fastest first: the Telegram assistant answers instantly and is grounded in the real documentation — it won't invent features we don't have. Anything it can't resolve reaches a human.
Ask anything about grading, gates, the API or your account. Available around the clock; escalates to a human when it should.

Email supportThe two most common causes: the spec doesn't say what you think it says (every rule is interpreted literally — a condition that's always true or never true silently changes the strategy), and cost assumptions (grades default to realistic taker fees; a strategy that only works at zero cost will fail the cost-hurdle gate by design). Open the grade's detail view to see every gate individually, and run Strategy Doctor on any failing grade for a diagnosis.
Developer keys (tsn_live_…) are issued from the Developers page once you're signed in. The same key works for the REST API and the MCP connector (https://tessen.ai/api/mcp) that lets Claude, Manus or any MCP-capable agent grade strategies directly.
You submit your strategy at /strategy-review, pay in TON, and we hand-port and grade it through the full five-gate pipeline — the same one behind every public grade — and send back the complete report with a Doctor repair attempt if it fails. Payments are matched manually, so allow up to 24 hours for confirmation.
Download it from tessen.ai/extension and follow the 30-second load-unpacked steps on that page (chrome://extensions → Developer mode → Load unpacked). The Chrome Web Store listing is pending review; once approved, installation becomes one click.
Yes — both are self-serve in your account settings: export downloads everything we hold about your account (agents, grades, deployments), and deletion permanently removes it. No email required, no retention tricks.
No. Grades are statistical evaluations of a strategy specification on historical data — a B grade is not a deployment recommendation and past performance doesn't predict live results. Read the risk disclosure before trading anything, graded or not.
