Acceptable Use Policy
Tessen's value is trust. Everything on this list either attacks that trust or attacks other users — and results in suspension or termination, without refund of active passes where the breach is deliberate.
1. Lawful use only
- No use of the platform for money laundering, sanctions evasion, or any unlawful activity.
- No use from jurisdictions where your trading activity would be unlawful — that assessment is your responsibility.
- One account per person; no selling, renting, or sharing accounts or invite codes.
2. Market integrity
- No deploying agents designed for market manipulation: wash trading, spoofing, layering, or coordinated pump-and-dump activity.
- No using Tessen's outputs to run schemes that misrepresent risk or returns to third parties (e.g. "guaranteed profit" signal groups).
3. Grade and badge integrity
- No altering, forging, or misrepresenting a Grade, verify page, or badge. Quote grades with their verification status intact — "Verified" and "Checked" are different claims.
- No gaming the grading system: submitting manipulated trade histories to record-mode, cherry-picking runs while presenting them as complete, or laundering a failing strategy through repeated cosmetic variations to farm a passing grade.
- No attempting to extract the strategy logic of black-box NEXA listings you copy.
4. Platform integrity
- No probing, scanning, or breaching security controls; no accessing other users' data.
- No abuse of rate limits, scraping at scale, or automated use of free endpoints beyond their published limits — the developer API exists for programmatic use.
- No reselling raw engine output as your own validation service without a written agreement.
- No interfering with the service's operation (denial of service, malformed payloads intended to crash the engine, etc.).
5. Reporting
Found a vulnerability or someone gaming the system? Tell us — in-app feedback or Telegram @tessenaibot. Good-faith security research reported responsibly will never be punished.
