Terms of Service
The terms for using Tessen: your account, acceptable use, ownership of what you make, and the limits of AI output.
These terms govern your use of Tessen. They are written to be read, not to be survived.
What Tessen is
Tessen is an early-stage product. It can reason, plan, write and deploy static sites, and it will tell you plainly when a step is beyond what it can do rather than pretending it happened. Features may change while it develops.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your API keys secret. A key is shown once and stored only as a hash, so it cannot be recovered — if one is lost or exposed, revoke it and create another.
Acceptable use
Do not use Tessen to break the law, to generate material that harms others, to attack or overload the service, or to resell raw model access. Do not use it to process other people's personal data without a lawful basis for doing so.
What you make is yours
You keep ownership of what you put into Tessen and what you build with it. Tessen is granted only the permission needed to operate the service for you — to store your work, send your messages to a model provider to be answered, and show your work back to you.
AI output
Model output can be wrong, and Tessen does not guarantee that any answer, plan or cost estimate is accurate. Check anything you intend to rely on. You are responsible for what you deploy.
Availability
Tessen is provided as-is, without a service level guarantee. Free usage is rate limited and capped so that one person cannot exhaust it for everyone.
Ending
You may stop using Tessen and delete your account at any time. Tessen may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and will say why.
